With a degree in Business Management and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, Julian has used his talents to run several successful small businesses. Through these endeavors, he began investing in single and multi-family properties in South Jersey and Philadelphia. Julian expanded his interest into home remodeling and new construction projects while also working as a realtor, specializing in advising investor and developer clients. Through his background in negotiations training and strong business acumen, Julian brings unique value to his clients that few other agents possess. He continues to work as a real estate agent, guiding sellers, buyers, and investors through all facets of real estate transactions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Nick went on to become a top sales producer at a Fortune 500 software company. Having always had a passion for real estate, Nick decided to start his own wholesaling business, specializing in finding undervalued and off-market real estate deals in the greater Philadelphia area. Through his prior experiences, Nick has developed premier sales, negotiating, and customer service skills along with a paramount knowledge of real estate investments, markets, and transactions. Nick continues to assist both investor and retail clients in navigating and achieving their real estate goals.
With a strong background in real estate investing and client support, Jimmy used his experience to start investing in rental properties in South Jersey and Philadelphia. He eventually entered into real estate full-time, starting a wholesaling business with fellow Insight teammate Nick Brown, specializing in off-market properties in Greater Philadelphia and offering creative solutions for homeowners and investors. With his devoted hands-on approach to servicing his clients and his growing knowledge of the marketplace, Jimmy continues to be a source of insight and guidance for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
With a degree from Peirce College and the Temple University Real Estate Institute, Harvey has founded and managed several business ventures in addition to maintaining a robust real estate career.
After serving as co-founder, owner, and president of E-Z Park, Inc., located in Old City, Harvey became co-founder and managing partner of Centra Associates, a Pennsylvania partnership that owns and operates over 35 brownstone buildings in the Center City area.
He currently serves as chairman of the Old City District and is President of the River West Condominium Association. Formerly, he served as a board member of the Housing Division of the Jewish Federation. Harvey still holds a Real Estate Sales License for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and currently lives in Haverford, Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Kim brings more than two decades of local real estate knowledge and expertise to the team. She has negotiated and executed over 1,200 commercial and residential real estate transactions, and specializes in new construction luxury housing. Kim is most proud of the relationships she has cultivated over the years, all while raising a family and maintaining a successful business. Kim is an avid believer in giving back, and her love of food powers her need to help the hungry and homeless in Philadelphia. Project Home is the recipient of much of Kim’s philanthropic work. She is also a devoted 76ers fan and LOVES everything Philly!
